Why my personal training services work?
My programs deliver results because they are based on you and on what you want - your body, your personality, your goals, your lifestyle and what equipment you have access to.
You have me as your personal coach to help support and motivate you and at the same time you will be accountable to me via your training journal. Accountability is a powerful incentive to improve.
Plus with me as your online coach, you won’t need to wade through and try to make sense of the huge amount of often contradictory information that is available online. Let me help you cut through the mess and get you focused on what you really need to do.
What your program includes?
- I will design a custom training program and give you nutrition and supplementation advice based on YOUR individualised needs and goals.
- I will review your goals, training history, nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle to determine what you need and design your program accordingly.
- You’ll get a new program when you need it, to help keep you motivated and fresh. In addition, program adjustments will be made as required based on your training journal
- I will review your training and nutrition with you on a weekly basis in your private members area. Your workout log will be reviewed AT LEAST once a week
- I will check your private members area daily, to ensure that if you have any questions, you will never have to wait to have them answered.
- Further, I can evaluate your training form via video upload if you desire.
- You will receive the benefit of my 25 years in the health and fitness industry and will be personally monitored by me.
Pricing
The price for the first three months of training including program design is only $200.00 .
After the three months, it is only $50.00/month for continued support, which includes any necessary program redesign/modifications and regular weekly support.
To Get Started
Once you’ve decided to go for it, leave a message and your email details on the contact page and I will send you the questionnaire and payment details. When you receive my email, make your payment and begin answering the questionnaire. Take your time with the answers; the more accurate you can be the better.
While you’re working on questionnaire, I’ll create a private members area on the Busy Fitness site where you and I will exchange messages online. This will be a completely private section of the site.
After I have received payment, I will send you the login details of your private members area and ask you to send me your completed questionnaire. After I have examined your questionnaire I will ask any further questions I need answered before designing the program. I will design and post/send you your program and you will be able to ask any questions you have about the program. Your 3 months training will start from this time.
